Frank awoke with a jolt somewhere after sunset. He sat up in the dark and glanced around the moon lit room. His eyes found a red luminous digi-clock, that red 02:57, after sunset but not long before sunrise. He ran a hand through his hair and took a deeper look around. Body flinching a little when another body appeared in his view.

Positioned limply in a dark coloured chair, with his hair fallen in over his face, was his savior. When Frank’s hazel eyes landed on the saviors’ hands, he found them intertwined with each other, resting upon what Frank identified as a sketchbook.

Crawling out of bed he padded along the carpeted floor towards the figure, stopping when infront of him. Cautiously he reached out and extended his long index finger, and with no gracious manner he prodded the figure. To no avail did he wake up, so the younger of the two in the room prodded him again, harder.

The figure sprung awake, his hands and knees moving away from each other in the process causing the sketchbook, and it’s accessories to fall to the floor with a light thud. The figure looked up and revealed his true identity. Green eyes met brown eyes as did two watery smiles and two pairs of arms. Any onlooker would think this act was just a simple hug, but both boys knew it was much more. This created an understanding between the two. Love - hate friendship was involved but the start of a loving relationship was also created.
